Management Systems
The Company put in place an integrated management system that includes the following management systems.
Quality Management System (QMS)
The QMS is a part of the Company’s general management system, which is designed to ensure high quality of services provided in accordance with the requirements of regulatory documents, customer needs and expectations and to satisfy all stakeholders, including workers, shareholders, investors and partners of the Company.
In 2024, following a recertification audit, the Company’s QMS was found to be fully compliant with the requirements of Russian national standard GOST RISO 9001-2015 Quality Management Systems. Requirements. The certificate issued following the independent verification is valid until 26 February 2027.
Environmental Management System (EMS)
The EMS is a part of Rosseti Kuban’s overall management system with its own organisational structure, mechanisms, procedures and resources necessary for management of the environmental aspects of the Company’s activities through developing and achieving the environmental policy goals.
In 2024, following a recertification audit, the Company’s EMS was found to be fully compliant with the requirements of Russian national standard GOST R ISO 14001‑2016 Environmental Management Systems. Requirements with Guidance for Use. The certificate issued following the independent verification is valid until 26 February 2027.
Energy Management System (EnMS)
The EnMS is a part of Rosseti Kuban’s overall management system, which has a well‑defined organisational structure and focuses on fulfilling the provisions stated in the energy policy through the programmes on energy saving and energy efficiency improvement.
In 2024, following a recertification audit, the Company’s EnMS was found to be fully compliant with the requirements of Russian national standard GOST R ISO 50001‑2023 Energy Management Systems. Requirements and Guidance for Use and international standard ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems — Requirements with Guidance for Use. The certificates issued following the independent verification are valid until 27 December 2027.
Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)
The OHSMS is a part of Rosseti Kuban’s general management system that helps manage risks and improve occupational health and safety performance.
In 2024, following a recertification audit, the Company’s OHSMS was found to be fully compliant with the requirements of Russian national standard GOST R ISO 45001‑2020 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Requirements with Guidance for Use. The certificate issued following the independent verification is valid until 26 February 2027.
Innovation Management System (IMS)
The IMS is part of the overall management system of Rosseti Kuban, which has many interconnected or interacting elements necessary for developing innovation policies and objectives, as well as processes for achieving the set goals.
In 2024, following a recertification audit, the Company’s IMS was found to be fully compliant with the requirements of Russian national standard GOST R 56273.1‑2014 and international standard CEN/TS 16555‑1:2013 Innovation Management — Part 1: Innovation Management System. The certificate issued following the independent verification is valid until 26 February 2027.
The Company’s management systems comply with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001‑2015, GOST R ISO 14001‑2016, GOST R ISO 45001‑2020, GOST R ISO 50001‑2023 (ISO 50001) and GOST R 56273.1‑2014 (CEN/TS 16555‑1).
