The company successfully continues to organise and develop additional (non‑tariff) services in 2024 as part of its business diversification efforts.
The Company achieved its planned revenue targets for non‑tariff services: revenue amounted to RUB 1,283.3 million (43 % higher than the target).
Particular attention was paid to the provision of access to fibre optic communication lines (FOCL). Work was carried out to identify and eliminate uncontracted suspension of FOCLы at the Company’s power grid facilities. Thus, the number of contracted poles increased by 83% by the end of 2024, reaching 485,677. The share of FOCL connection to OTLs was 27.6%, against a target of 18.2%. Year‑on‑year revenue growth in this area stood at 106% (RUB 163.1 million).
Rosseti Kuban provides consumers with a full range of additional (non‑tariff) services:
- Lease and equipment placement services (lease of buildings, power grid facilities and vehicles; placement of communications equipment, outdoor advertising and other property)
- Maintenance and repair of power grid facilities and outdoor lighting networks
- Construction and installation works, design and survey works
- Consulting, organisational and technical services
- Other services

In 2024, the price list for additional (non‑tariff) services was updated: it currently includes 476 services.
In 2024, seven major contracts for the provision of additional (non‑tariff) services were put into effect:
- Two contracts for the placement of FOCLs on OTLs
- Two contracts for construction and installation works
- Contract for the introduction of full or partial restrictions (resumption) on electricity consumption
- Contract for taking reference readings and conducting performance checks on electricity meters
- Contract for on‑line maintenance of power grid facilities
As part of non‑tariff activities, the Company was involved in two socially significant projects during the reporting year:
- Grid connections on the applicant’s side were made for the construction of a multi‑apartment residential building in Primorsko‑Akhtarsk.
- A 35 kV OTL was erected.
As part of the development of outdoor lighting network construction and maintenance services, the Company completed 51 contracts in 2024.
