February

The Company wrapped up three major projects in Sochi with a total investment of about RUB 3 billion: after a comprehensive renovation, three highly‑augmented 110 kV substations — Adler, Kudepsta, and Pasechnaya — were put into operation. The grand opening ceremony was attended by Veniamin Kondratyev, Governor of Krasnodar Krai, Andrey Ryumin, General Director of Rosseti Group, and Boris Ebzeev, Acting General Director of Rosseti Kuban PJSC.

The General Director of Rosseti, Andrey Ryumin, held a meeting with the management of the Company, which serves the Krasnodar Krai, the Republic of Adygeya, and the Sirius federal territory. The Head of Rosseti highlighted the positive momentum in the Company's production performance and active progress on projects aimed at regional development.

March

During a working meeting in Moscow, the Head of the Republic of Adygeya, Murat Kumpilov, and the General Director of Rosseti PJSC, Andrey Ryumin, discussed the future of the region's power grid system. Investments in the upgrade and improvement of power grids in the Republic of Adygeya in 2024 will amount to about RUB 8 billion.

As part of the 80th anniversary celebrations for Rosseti Kuban PJSC (Krasnodarenergo), there was an award ceremony in Krasnodar for the best workers and a tribute to veterans of the Kuban energy sector. To mark the Company's anniversary, over 200 employees of Rosseti Kuban and its subsidiaries were presented with industry and corporate awards.

The Company held an open day for students from the Sochi Technical College, which is the Company's social partner in staff training.

April

The Company began construction of power supply facilities for the A‑289 new federal highway connecting Krasnodar, Slavyansk‑na‑Kubani, Temryuk, and the A‑290 motorway connecting Novorossiysk and Kerch. The project is funded by the Russian Government's safe and high‑quality roads programme (part of the federal programme to develop the federal highway system).

The Armavir Power Grids branch overhauled the Otradnaya — Udobnaya 35 kV PTL, which is 27 km long. The reliable power supply of over 17,000 consumers and dozens of vital social facilities depends on the stable operation of this energy facility.

The Company's branches held joint training exercises with regional divisions of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Affairs of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief (EMERCOM of Russia), as well as dispatch departments, government agencies and local authorities of the Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygeya in remedying power supply disruptions during the flood period.

Rosseti Kuban PJSC attended the XXV All‑Russian Scientific and Technical Conference, which focused on enhancing the reliability, effectiveness, and security of energy production.

Specialists from the Armavir Power Grids branch provided 1 MW of additional power for the expansion of the large meat processing enterprise Myastorg in Gulkevichi, Krasnodar Krai.

Specialists from the Labinsk Power Grids branch completed repairs to the Kompleks 110 kV substation in the Kurganinsky District, Krasnodar Krai. The substation supplies electricity to about 2,000 residents of the district, as well as 14 important social infrastructure facilities.

A corporate competition for energy workers in southern Russia was held in the village of Divnomorskoye, Krasnodar Krai. A total of 240 energy workers from Rosseti Kuban PJSC and Rosseti South PJSC took part in the sports competition.

Specialists from the Krasnodar Power Grids branch overhauled the Vitaminokombinat —Titarovskaya tyagovaya 110 kV PTL. The replacement of linear equipment improved the reliability of power supply to consumers in three settlements in the suburbs of Krasnodar.

At the XXVII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), the Company signed a number of agreements:

  • Strategic cooperation agreement with Omsk Electromechanical Plant JSC
  • Cooperation agreement with Zavod Elektrotechnicheskogo Oborudovaniya ZAO (Electrical Equipment Plant) on the development and supply of innovative domestic equipment and technologies to improve the efficiency of the power grid infrastructure

Specialists from the Timashevsk Power Grids branch completed repairs to the Primorsko‑Akhtarskaya 110 kV substation. The energy facility provides electricity to 29 socially important and infrastructure facilities, as well as over 34,000 domestic consumers in four settlements in the Primorsko‑Akhtarsky District, Krasnodar Krai.

On 14 June 2024, the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Rosseti Kuban PJSC was held in the form of absentee voting. The shareholders approved a number of documents, which included the revised version of the Company's Articles of Association, the annual report, and the annual accounting (financial) statements for 2023. In addition, decisions were made on the distribution of profits based on the results of 2023 and on the payment of dividends.

As part of the 2024 repair programme, specialists from the Krasnodar Power Grids branch got 15 high‑voltage substations and 24 transformer stations ready for the peak load season. The work done helped make the power supply more reliable for 400,000 people living in 33 rural localities in the central part of the Krasnodar Krai.

Specialists from the Tikhoretsky Power Grids branch repaired equipment at 31 substations. Energy facilities supply electricity to 15 socially important and infrastructure facilities, as well as consumers in rural localities in the Tikhoretsky, Novopokrovsky, Pavlovsky, Beloglinsky and Krylovsky Districts of the Krasnodar Krai.

Krasnodar hosted a professional skills competition among student energy teams from Rosseti Kuban and Rosseti South. The event was attended by 16 teams from relevant higher and secondary educational institutions in the Krasnodar Krai, the Rostov, Volgograd and Astrakhan Oblasts, and the Republic of Kalmykia.

Furthermore, young specialists from the Company participated in the annual Forsazh‑2024 Forum in the Kaluga Oblast.

Since the beginning of 2024, the Company's specialists have installed over 2,600 bird diverters on overhead transmission lines in the Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygeya.

Specialists from the Sochi Power Grids branch ensured a reliable power supply to the venues of the New Wave International Music Competition for Young Performers, which took place at the Sirius federal territory from 22 to 27 August 2024.

During a working meeting in Krasnodar, Krasnodar Krai Governor, Veniamin Kondratyev, and Acting General Director of Rosseti Kuban PJSC, Boris Ebzeev, discussed issues related to the preparation and signing of a regulatory agreement. This document focuses on further developing the region's energy infrastructure and setting long‑term tariffs.

Rosseti Kuban PJSC took part in a corporate professional skills championship organised under the standards of the Agency for the Development of Professions and Skills in the competence area of cable power lines operation. This event took place at the Rosseti Lenenergo training complex.

The team from Rosseti Kuban PJSC came first in the corporate skills championship organised by the Agency for the Development of Professions and Skills in the competence area of intelligent electricity metering systems, which was held on 9 to 13 September in the Republic of Tatarstan.

October

Since the beginning of 2024, Rosseti Kuban PJSC completed the grid conneciton of 27 healthcare facilities in the Krasnodar Krai and the Republic of Adygeya. The total power supplied to socially significant institutions amounted to 3 MW.

During the open day, specialists from the Krasnodar Power Grids branch of Rosseti Kuban held a technical tour for students from the Energy Faculty of the Kuban State Agrarian University.

The Company ensured reliable power supply to the venues of the FINOPOLIS 2024 Innovative Financial Technologies Forum, which took place on 16 to 18 October at the Sirius federal territory.

Rosseti Kuban PJSC took part in a meeting of the Government Commission on Ensuring the Security of Electricity Supply (Federal Headquarters) in Sochi, chaired by Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation, Evgeny Grabchak, on the preparation of electric power entities in the Southern Federal District for the heating season — 2024/2025.

A delegation from Rosseti Kuban PJSC led by Acting General Director, Boris Ebzeev, took part in the All‑Russian Tariff Conference in Sochi.

Rosseti Kuban ensured reliable power supply to the venues of the XXIInd Mendeleev Congress on General and Applied Chemistry in the Sirius federal territory. The event was attended by 4,000 people, including foreign guests from 39 countries.

The Company launched a new career guidance project for senior school students called Energy Clubs at the branches of the Sochi Power Grids and Adygeyan Power Grids branches. The project put together by subsidiaries of Rosseti Group PJSC involves a deeper look at physics for ninth‑grade students and will be based at Lyceum No. 8 in Maykop and Zorin Gymnasium No. 6 in Sochi.

Since early 2024, the Armavir Power Grids branch has built and renovated 17 transformer substations and 14 km of PTLs. The total transformer capacity installed was 2.8 MVA.

Rosseti Kuban PJSC got over 80 km of high‑voltage PTLs ready for winter in the Timashevskoye energy district. Since the beginning of the year, energy workers at the Timashevsk Power Grids branch have overhauled over 80 km of PTLs. The repaired PTLs supply electricity to five municipalities in the Krasnodar Krai (Timashovsky, Kalininsky, Kanevsky, Bryukhovetsky, and Primorsko‑Akhtarsky districts) with a total population of over 300,000 people.

December

Since the beginning of 2024, specialists from the South‑Western Power Grids branch have built over 280 km of low‑voltage PTLs and installed over 270 packaged transformer substations. The measures taken made it possible to introduce 115 MW of additional capacity for the grid connection of subsidised consumers in the suburbs of Novorossiysk, Anapa, Gelendzhik, as well as in the Abinsk and Krymsky Districts of the Krasnodar Krai.

Since the beginning of 2024, the Ust‑Labinsk Power Grids branch has connected 420 agricultural facilities in the Vyselkovsky, Korenovsky, Tbilissky, and Ust‑Labinsky Districts of the Krasnodar Krai to its power grids.

Specialists from the South‑Western Power Grids branch started building a new high‑voltage substation and a double‑circuit segment of 110 kV PTL. The new energy facility is located in the industrial zone of Novorossiysk.

2025

January

During a working visit to the Krasnodar Region, Deputy General Director and Chief Engineer of Rosseti PJSC, Evgeny Lyapunov, held an alignment meeting with the Company's management to discuss ensuring reliable power supply during the summer peak‑load period.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and Deputy General Director for Legal Affairs of Rosseti PJSC, Daniil Krainsky, introduced the staff with a new Acting General Director of the Company, Alexey Rybin.

Within the shortest possible time, the Company's specialists completed work on grid connection of facilities involved in a major environmental clean‑up operation aimed at mitigating the consequences of the tanker crash in the Kerch Strait. To connect the vibrating screening unit for polluted sand to the power grid, a PTL was laid in Voskresensky farmstead (a suburb of Anapa).

The Head of the Republic of Adygeya, Murat Kumpilov, and the Acting General Director of Rosseti Kuban, Alexey Rybin, discussed issues related to the development of the region's power grid infrastructure and ensuring reliable power supply to consumers now that the Company has been granted STGO status.
